Program Outline

The Team Manager programs are intended to be used by a team manager to record their team in a file format for direct use at the match. The team declaration can be supplied at the match on a USB stick device, emailed in advance of the meeting or printed prior to the match should the team manager wish to use the paper option.

N.B. The team manager format is unique to the program and is not compatible with any word processor or spreadsheet format.

The team declaration is split by A/B, male, female, or age groups where applicable, relays events and officials. Where the declaration is split into groups, it is possible to have multiple part declarations. E.G. one containing a male declaration and one containing a female declaration or equally broken down into Boys U17, Girls U17 etc.

The team manager can update their team team file during the match on their laptop and pass the updated team file to the results operator during the match.

This allows the team manager to have an accurate declaration rather than having to keep checking paper declaraions of what athletes are doing what events, particularly for relay teams. In addition it significantly reduces the workload for the match day operator. Team manager programs do not require a password.
