Modifications included

1. Added support for adding/removing teams, adding/removing matches from use.
2. Added reporting of field series for single age group programs.
3. Added limited support for mixed gender meetings.
4. Changed backing up of files to use the Windows 95/98/NT convention, (~).
5. Added the ability to score points for performances without a recorded performance.
