1. All text and browser files now have their filename in lowercase.
2. Minor league name changes.
3. SM, 3000m showing as 5000m for female match when used for a mixed dual.
   Event name corrected in v2.09.
4. SM/Winsm, mixed dual match, League name not showing correctly for female match.
   League name added in v2.09.
5. WinSM, Print menu not showing individual pages or responing to the "All" request for female match during a mixed dual.
   Code fix applied in v2.09
6. WinSM, mixed dual match, Integer overflow error displayed when recalling female match.

7. WinSM, mixed dual match, access to Team Declaration causing error message.

8. Inconsistent checking of B string field results being better than A string, all programs.
