Modifications and updates included

1. The default auto page eject is now set to ON to assist with faster printing.
2. Formating of KA team declaration adjusted to prevent text truncation when printing.
3. No automatic detection of newly added or set printers under Windows.

1. Young Athletes events updated for 2005.
2. When setting the match draw during the match, validation of the team numbers now ignores events where no draw exists.
3. File error message shown on starting WINJM/WINJW programs.
